The Corte Marsala B&B is located in the Banzi-Tomba building in Bologna.

The fifteenth-century building is located in the historic center of the city, close to the former Jewish ghetto, in the then via di Mezzo da S. Martino at no. 2735, corresponding to the civic n. 45 of the current via Marsala. The building is an elegant example of Bolognese residential architecture and is of considerable historical and artistic interest due to the eighteenth-century renovation of the staircase and the two courtyards attributed to Giovanni Carlo Sicinio Bibiena.
The building has the typical plan of the ancient Bolognese houses with development in length between two streets and with a long hall that connects the two internal courtyards.
